Orders are processed after full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

• Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all conditions.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Always double-check that your address is entered correctly.
