The Role
As the face of our boutique, you’ll create memorable experiences for clients through personal styling, exceptional service, and attention to detail. You’ll ensure the store looks and feels inspiring — from the front window to the fitting room.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling and shopping assistance
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
Receive, tag, and restock merchandise
Maintain a polished and welcoming store environment
Handle POS transactions and opening/closing duties
Share customer insights and feedback with the team

Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus

The Role
As the first point of contact for our online customers, you’ll handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth. You’ll resolve questions quickly, provide thoughtful advice, and maintain our brand’s caring tone of voice.
Responsibilities
Respond to emails, messages, and online inquiries
Assist with order status, returns, and exchanges
Provide product knowledge and sizing guidance
Record common customer feedback for process improvements
Coordinate with boutique and fulfillment teams for smooth service
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written communication in English
Friendly, calm, and consistent in tone
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Shopify, ticket systems) preferred
Flexible availability; weekend support is a plus

The Role
You’ll bring our brand’s aesthetic to life through visuals across digital and print — from social media and advertising campaigns to packaging and in-store materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining Lily Mea Savannah’s visual identity.
Responsibilities
Design creative assets for social media, ads, and campaigns
Create layouts for newsletters, lookbooks, and landing pages
Develop print materials such as flyers, posters, and signage
Contribute to brand guidelines: typography, color, and visual consistency
Collaborate with marketing on creative testing and variations
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio with fashion/retail-related work
Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Ps/Ai/Id)
Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual storytelling
Ability to iterate quickly and work with feedback
Motion/animation skills (GIFs, reels) are a plus
