Return Policy

At Lily & Mae Savannah, we want every shopping experience to be enjoyable and worry-free.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you with a fair and transparent return process.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 15 days after receiving your order.

  • Once approved, you’ll have an additional 15 days to send the item back.

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn (try-ons allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear beyond trying on cannot be returned.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.


International Returns

Lily & Mae Savannah serves customers worldwide.
All returns are processed through our logistics center in China.
You’ll receive the exact return address and detailed instructions once your return request has been approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.

  • The total cost of the return will depend on your chosen courier or postal service.

Shipping Labels

We do not issue prepaid return labels.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions so you can ship the item using your preferred courier.


Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee applies per order.
This covers inspection, quality control, and reintegration into our stock system.


Refunds

After receiving and approving your returned item, your refund will be processed within 15 business days via your original payment method.
If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Total Return Period

Customers have up to 30 days in total (15 days to request and 15 days to return) from the date of receipt.
Returns initiated or shipped after this period will not be accepted.


Liability

Lily & Mae Savannah is not responsible for lost return packages if tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after purchase.
